We set up SimplePractice, Practice Better, and Spruce. During the discovery step we help you choose the right one for your specialty, billing needs, and team size — or we work with the platform you already have.

No. If you already have a platform account we configure it; if you do not, we guide you through creating one as part of the setup so everything lands in your own tenant under your control.

Process

After checkout, an order is created in your dashboard. You then complete a short brief with your clinical specialty, intake requirements, and insurance setup details. Our team configures everything, and you can message us directly on the order page if we need anything else.

Most setups are delivered within 4 to 14 days depending on the plan and the complexity of your billing and EHR needs. The estimated delivery window is shown on each plan.

Yes. Every order has a built-in chat on its detail page. You and our team can exchange messages and files there in real time — it is the fastest way to get questions answered during the build.

Billing

No. TeleHealthBench is a one-time setup purchase. You pay once for the configuration and delivery of your telehealth platform — there is no recurring charge from us.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, processed securely through Authorize.Net with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card number on our servers.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, contact our support team or open a chat on your order page within 30 days of purchase and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Compliance

We configure your tenant to a HIPAA-ready baseline — role-based access, audit logging, encryption verification, and Business Associate Agreement guidance — and run a security verification pass before delivery. The clinical use of the platform remains your responsibility, but the infrastructure is set up correctly from day one.
